Lou Lou’s Bombdiggity’s is a small family business.  Cindy had the idea to produce our unique version of the pasty we grew up eating and loving.  Our pasties, bread, and cinnamon rolls are made from scratch using Cindy's mom's recipes. 

The business started with Cindy and occasional help from her husband, Todd, working from their home kitchen for private orders. 

Soon, we moved the kitchen at the Comfort Inn in Deadwood, and Cindy's brother, Dan, joined Cindy making their mom's recipes, 

In 2021, Lou Lou's Bombdiggity's moved to our current home at the back of the Real Estate Center on Charles Street in Deadwood.  We have added more employees, and expanded our fresh, homemade menu of pasties, cinnamon rolls, baked goods (muffins, scones), coffee drinks, smoothies, and more.
